All Levels Yoga
Our All Levels Flow class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class hopes to broaden the range of capabilities of each person through the instruction of alignment and breath. Come and learn while having fun.Lunch Time YogaTake the ideal midday pause to relax and rejuvenate, gaining a boost of energy for the rest of your day. Everyone is invited to join!
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga aka Flow Yoga is vigorous and movement-based. With an emphasis on synchronizing breath and movement. This class will keep you flowing through creative sequences of traditional yoga postures, give you a workout, in a fun, non-competitive space. Some yoga experience is advised for this class.Slow FlowMove your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.breath and movement are coordinated together to provide effort and ease.
Inspired Flow
Inspired Flow is taught at a moderate continuous movement pace, with some challenges add in. This class encourages you to test your balance, improve your strength, flexibility, and mental focus.Dynamic sequences and poses will be incorporated to promote focus, endurance, and stability.The pace of this class moderate (level 1-2) and suitable for most all levels. Modifications for the more challenging poses are offered. Music is played during class.Balanced FlowBalanced Flow is taught in the evening, and is just the perfect yoga class to wind down your day. Ground, slow paced movement and deep stretching is offered. This class is suitable for most everyone.Music is played during class.
Candlelight Yoga
During this class, you'll be guided through a breath practice (pranayama), make your way through slow-moving grounded poses (ananas), then complete class using Yin/Restorative poses.Blankets, bolster pillows, and yoga blocks will be used to provide support and comfort.Beginners to more experienced students welcome.
Yin Yoga
In the Deep Stretch Yin Yoga class, poses are held for longer. Up to 5 minutes. Beginners may stay at 45 seconds to a couple of minutes. You'll be mostly sitting or laying on the floor. You'll use the blankets and pillows we provide to help support you in the poses.You'll experience a gentle opening, so energy can flow, and help release tension. You will notice more mobility, less pain and tension, and an overall sense of well being.This class is available for all levels
Sound Bath and Restorative Yoga
This AMAZING class is taught every other Sunday at 4:30 pm. When you arrive you will be treated with gentle care by Missy. She will invite you to select a spot that is already set-up for you. Your personal spot will include a bolster, blankets and yoga blocks to help facilitate the most relaxing reclined postion your body deserves. You will be guided into various restorative poses and treated to a gentle sound healing.This class is suitable for almost everyone.Soft music, crystal bowls, chimes and a few more soothing instruments will be played
Stretch and Strength Yoga
This yoga class offers the ideal blend of core workouts and flexibility exercises, designed to invigorate both body and mind. Participants can expect a dynamic sequence that challenges their strength while promoting relaxation and mental clarity. Guided by experienced instructors, each session is tailored to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring a supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.
Lunchtime Yoga
This yoga class offers the perfect mid-day break, serving as an ideal opportunity for individuals to step away from their hectic schedules and immerse themselves in a rejuvenating
Yogalates
This class merges 2 mind/body modalities...yoga and Mat Pilates. Mat Pilates will help develop core strength, and tone muscles.Yoga will help increase flexibility, and help reduce stress.
Barre Fitness
This low-impact conditioning class is a total three-for-one: It combines the movement of ballet, the strengthening of pilates, and the stretching of yoga. Classes incorporate ballet bar, light weights, bender balls, and fitness bands. Fun energizing music is also incorporated into each class. During this class you will start with standing exercises for the first part of class, then mat excerises for the last part of class.Some classes have out grown our Barre area, so class may be held in the main studio, using the wall.No dance experience necessary. All levels are welcome.
Metal Yoga (Monthly)
