Mat Pilates targets core strength development and muscle toning, while yoga promotes flexibility and stress reduction.

You're in...Thank you for booking. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. Please bring a mat. If you do not have a mat, we have some to rent for $5.00 We can't wait to see you soon !!!
