Service Description

Vinyasa Yoga, also known as Flow Yoga, is a vigorous and movement-based practice that focuses on synchronizing breath and movement. This class will guide you through creative sequences of traditional yoga postures in a fun, non-competitive environment, while providing a workout at the same time. It is recommended to have some prior yoga experience before attending this class.
